CapLink Private Web Portal – Client Service Desk Specialist

The Client Service Desk Specialist will be the first point of contact for internal and external users of CapLink Private’s digital portals. You will work closely with BNP Paribas clients Client Relationship Managers, Sales, Operations, BNP Paribas IT to ensure a smooth, secure and high-quality experience for our private client community. The role combines day to day client assistance, incident handling, user access management, and proactive support for portal updates and new feature releases.

CapLink Private Web Portal – Client Service Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Support on-boarding process, verifying that all the requirements are in place for client & internal & external user setup
  • Perform and manage parameterization of the user access management (creation/modification) between NeoLink and CapLink
  • Provide technical & analytical service support for Private Capital clients using the web portal
  • Perform & Execute users access rights reconciliation / control checks & Monthly KPI’s
  • Monitor and answer incoming client queries related to the web portal usage & user set up/access
  • Manage operational requests according to local and global procedures to mitigate risks and comply with internal policies and controls
  • Direct or consult client’s operational query (contents related) with Operational Team as needed 
  • Facilitate internal walkthroughs and training sessions in order to support any change implementation / new features and releases
  • Consistently evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete, accurate and current.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in banking / financial sector 
  • University degree
  • Fluent working knowledge of English
  • Independence in the performance of entrusted tasks;
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player & to active listening and persuasion
  • Numerate and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthetically formulate conclusions
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines
  • Commitment and creativity in action
  • Knowledge of legal acts related to the financial / banking sector
