This is Business Management position for Global Banking IT (GB IT) in ISPL. GB IT ISPL includes approx. 800 employees who help with development, testing & production support services for Global Banking applications of BNP Paribas. Global Banking IT team supports different regions like APAC, Americas, Europe, MEA etc. This business management team is responsible for headcount management, cost management & governance.

Position Purpose
Business management position will help with headcount management & governance topics for GB IT globally.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Management of global Headcount (HC) for Global Banking IT team
- Managing various onshore / local stakeholders for any budget related information / reporting
- Follow up for contracts
- Serve as SPOC for referentials
- Maintaining master files / Historical Budget HC related information
- Regular meetings with Stakeholders (CIO, Domain Heads, Onshore PMO) giving them updates on budgets within defined frequency.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Team player.
- Effectively communicating the work status and delivery status.
- Adhere to timelines set for the delivery.
- Co-ordination with various stakeholders locally in BNPP INDIA for any Reporting
- Helping Domain Managers for their specific reporting needs
- To co-ordinate with SLA team in BNPP ISPL and with regions for SLAs for Global Banking
