About the role
Join us as a Business Development Manager (IBO UK), where you're focused on developing and maintaining existing business relationships and exploring upsell opportunities. You'll benefit from a warm pipeline of leads from UK-based International Corporate partners and support them as their trusted ally in transitioning to a zero-emission future.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Make an impact in the world of transportation solutions by assisting businesses in evaluating their needs and crafting innovative strategies for their future
- Maintaining and developing relationships with exciting clients and identifying upsell opportunities by collaborating closely with our Marketing and Consultancy on business development initiatives.
- Partner with our Bid and Customer Account Teams, taking the lead to guarantee we deliver exceptional service quality to our valued customers
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with our UK-based International Corporate partners
What we're looking for
You're someone who thrives in building strong commercial relationships and understands corporate leasing and fleet management propositions. You're proactive, accountable, and passionate about delivering value to both customers and the company.
You'll also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience developing and maintaining strategic business relationships
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and shape a bespoke solution that adds value
- Long-term and strategic thinking skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
The package
We offer a basic starting salary of Up to £60,000, plus additional on target commission of £20,000. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
