The Hong Kong subsidiary, in partnership with the BNP Paribas Foundation, has chosen to donate some €150,000 to the Shanghai-based Franco-Chinese organization working in the life sciences and genome research.

This three years project symbolizes scientific cooperation between the two countries and is an extension of the Foundation's programs in the area of medical research. This financial support is aimed at accelerating the research on the fight against SARS (creation of diagnosis tools, elaboration of prevention methods against contamination).
