Day in and day out, men and women of the Group play their part in developing a work environment respectful of both human and environmental values. This open, stimulating workplace fosters new talents by encouraging the acquisition of new skills.

The bank has advocated diversity for many years and come up with initiatives allowing personnel to get actively involved in the pursuit of a corporate policy that is socially and environmentally responsible. To this end, the bank has lent its support to several projects.

Gender equality: a look back at some of 2019’s highlights for BNP Paribas

Promoting greater gender equality is a key priority at BNP Paribas. Every year, the Group strengthens its commitment to professional equality and female entrepreneurship, and takes actions to promote female economic independence. 

4th Disability Agreement: BNP Paribas reaffirms its commitment

At the beginning of the year, BNP Paribas signed its fourth agreement to renew its commitment towards the professional integration of people with disabilities. Since its first agreement signed in 2008, Mission Handicap continued to develop and acquire new expertise. Clarisse Breynaert-Mauvage, Head of BNP Paribas S.A.
