In partnership with the Baroque Music Centre of Versailles and the record company Glossa, it has recently released its latest CD: Callirhoé, a lyric tragedy by André Cardinal Destouches. This exceptional recording is made of two CDs. They are presented into an elegant book including essays written by several French opera specialists, who offer an insight into the score of Destouches, a contemporary of Desmarest, Campra and Marin Marais. This five-act lyric tragedy written in 1743 is a new way of enjoying music.
Callirhoé features Stéphanie d'Oustrac in the main role, Cyril Auvity as Agénor and Joao Fernandes as Corésus.
