Job Title: Vice President, Global Macro Structuring
Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY, 10019
Duties: Develop Foreign Exchange (FX) structured solutions for Corporate and Institutional clients. Identify opportunities for client hedging and investment arising from market developments. Promote solutions to the client base as the product expert. Price and execute derivative transactions on foreign currencies and commodities. Develop and implement efficient hedging strategies for structured trades. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp office in New York, NY. *Travel 10% - domestic.
SALARY: $225,000 - $250,000 / year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field and seven (7) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: currency market-related experience; knowledge of pricing techniques and models and their applicability to different types of FX options; analyzing FX market opportunities and identifying suitable FX products and strategies for clients; designing and presenting bespoke FX hedging and investment solutions; and knowledge of key decision drivers for both Corporate and Institutional clients that use FX options.
