Responsibilities: 

The End-to-End Coordinators (E2E-C) primary focus is a transversal group delivering value-added service that helps ensure a seamless end-to-end recertification process by providing oversight, transparency, and partnership with the business and key stakeholders as a Single Point of Contact for clients for all aspects of the Recertification process.  The individual will act as liaison for the SBOs and Marketing Associates between Due Diligence, onboarding/recertification, and Compliance teams locally and globally. E2E-C is also responsible for collaborating where necessary with colleagues in regions such as London, Paris, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan and Canada for European and APAC business needs.   

  • Act as a liaison for the SBO’s and Marketing Associates between Due Diligence, onboarding/Recertification, and Compliance to enhance the level of execution for our clients.
  • Reach out to clients for information and documentation, validate KYC documents received and sent to the due diligence team.
  • Assist with the completion of internal documents (RM documentation, Call Memos, Activity checks, Product/Site mapping). Coordinate as needed with non-US teams to ensure global flags are in place to avoid delays and reputational risk.
  • Gather and leverage knowledge of KYC and CSR policies and procedures – address issues/inquiries from RMs and other Operations teams as needed.
  • Provide real-time assistance to the business regarding existing clients and the products they are approved or not approved to trade.
  • Effectively communicate requests from the business to internal stakeholders and assist in keeping requests on track through various internal workflows, systems, and teams.
  • Troubleshoot and direct all queries from the business and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

In addition, this role will be working with leadership to design, implement and run our growing onboarding activity support across our Financial Institutions and Global Banking businesses, as we seek to deepen our product offerings to these clients. 

  • Clear knowledge of global banking products including cash management, asset-based lending, and fund financing required
  • Ability to create and explain process workflows, as well as assess and optimize information flows across multiple systems while ensuring appropriate control mechanisms for regulatory compliance
  • Work with financial institution clients to meet their evolving demands, and collaborate with our internal colleagues who act as relationship managers from both a business and operations standpoint
  • Proven ability to lead others with day-to-day oversight, both locally and remotely
  • Strong presentation skills needed to solicit creative ideas/processes to senior stakeholders within the bank.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively in high volume, deadline driven environments.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years’ minimum experience working in the financial services industry; basic knowledge of global markets and the lifecycle of a trade, basic understanding of regulatory and trading documentation
  • Expert knowledge and act as an SME on Know Your Customer processes / procedures and key Anti-Money Laundering activities performed by Financial Institutions
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders beyond our direct remit
  • Solid experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Business Analyst or Project Management skillsets, enabling a clear understanding of capturing and describing functional requirements and driving change
  • Experience speaking with Clients (Corporates, Financial Institutions, Funds, etc.)
  • French or Spanish speaking a plus

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $120k to $160k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
