Job Title: Vice President, Client Services Manager
Location: 735 Chesterbrook Blvd, Chesterbrook, PA 19087
Duties: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with clients; Refer identified business development opportunities to the Sales team; Understand the client strategy and requirements to enable BNP Paribas Securities Services to deliver on the promises to meet client needs. Monitor the performance of the service delivery and client satisfaction based on operational metrics and according to the Service Level Agreements. Collect client feedback via service review scorecards, client satisfaction surveys, as well as feedback from the various teams in direct contact with the client. Oversee prompt resolution to clients’ complaints, and efficient response to requests. Engage the IT and Operations local/global teams in the pursuit of service quality delivery and improvement. Have a solid understanding of the custody platform and flows. Manage client reviews, audits and due diligence questionnaires and visits for clients, coordinating the various services and product areas according to strategic priorities and client needs. Manage communication to clients including SLA modifications. Ensure clients receive appropriate market and service information by managing the distribution lists for updates and newsletters. Ensure consistent messages are delivered to the client about business recovery incidents in accordance to issued guidelines. Manage SLA modifications with the clients. Initiate and regularly review Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Service Level Description (SLD) documents (and any other formal agreements referring to service requirements) based on the standard documents issued by Client Delivery. Identify and coordinate service modifications in response to changes in the client needs by raising change projects (within existing service scope) via the Client change request process. Participate
in onboarding project governance managed by the Business Implementation team and act as sponsor if needed. Fully adhere to BNP Paribas Compliance, Financial Security (Know Your Customer “KYC”, Anti-Money Laundering “AML”, Anti-Bribery and Corruption “ABC” and Sanctions), Conduct & Risks policies. *Travel required 10% - Northeast US. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Financial Services LLC office in Chesterbrook, PA.
SALARY: $114,899.00 USD - $136,720.00 USD/ year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent (employer will accept a 3-year foreign bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or related field and five (5) years of experience with job offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: financial markets, asset management, or securities services in a financial organization, having exposure to International and domestic markets; Understanding of securities products and services, including custody, settlement, and asset servicing; Understanding of Equities and Fixed Income Securities processing and their Trade life cycle; and experience in business analysis, IT project management, and securities services to manage client relationships and deliver optimal service.
