In Frankfurt, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time permanent position as 

Transaction Control & Monitoring Manager (all genders) at BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • Being the single point of contact for Relationship Managers and Offering teams linked to operational processes 
  • Taking ownership of all possible transaction processing queries, and liaising with respective teams to ensure excellent quality of execution
  • Ensuring any operational issues will be managed and communicated proactively to minimize client impact, and increase client satisfaction
  • Proactive & strong communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Defining & optimizing appropriate Operational processes applicable in Germany by coordinating all stakeholders being branch functions (Finance, Legal, Compliance,…) or belonging to the WM Europe Operations Hub (Portugal, Switzerland)
  • Adjusting operational procedures when applicable
  • Permanently looking for process improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining good relationship with WM Europe Hub for operational & IT functions
  • Interacting closely with project and Ops/IT teams to draw the best possible operating framework
  • Assisting the different project Streams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Tax, ...) to ensure a good progress in the building of a coherent and efficient processing set up by leveraging on the WM hub and German branch capabilities

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

  • Degree from a Business or Finance institution 
  • Professional experience within the Banking/Financial sector, preferably within operations (Back Office/Middle Office) or client service teams. 
  • Proven track record of strong service delivery skills to internal and external partners
  • Preferable knowledge in all types of transactions: cash, securities, forex and derivatives products
  • Team oriented working style 
  • Reliability, Proactivity and Accuracy
  • Full professional fluency in German and English
