Trade Capture Specialist with French
Trade Capture team is part of Funds Dealing Service department in Securities Services domain of BNP Paribas providing service to our global clients. If you have proven track of client focus role and are willing to share your expertise and learn new things, if you fancy working in a dynamic and growing multi-cultural and multi-location environment then it's time for you to level up your adventure in Funds Dealing Service department.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Bank Industry would be an advantage
- English and French on advanced level (B2/C1) is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and executing our custody clients’ orders for all types of funds
- Controlling and validating all instructions received from the clients and reverting to them for any missing or incomplete information within a given time frame
- Entering orders into dealing platform and completing the necessary documentation requested by internal sources
- Validating and ensuring correct transmission of orders entered into the system
- Repairing orders sent via SWIFT in case of anomalies or dispatching them to the dedicated team
- Escalating any special problems and events to management
- Responding to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity
