Trade Capture Specialist with French

Trade Capture team is part of Funds Dealing Service department in Securities Services domain of BNP Paribas providing service to our global clients. If you have proven track of client focus role and are willing to share your expertise and learn new things, if you fancy working in a dynamic and growing multi-cultural and multi-location environment then it's time for you to level up your adventure in Funds Dealing Service department.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge on the Fund Industry 
  • Fluency in English and French (min. B2 level)
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
  • Multitasking
  • Great communication skills
  • Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate daily transactions in order to deliver required service accordingly to SLA requirements
  • Performs daily controls and validation of client's orders to ensure process is delivered in line with procedures
  • Provides training to new employees to ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners
  • Escalates and solves any system or process issues to avoid delays in process delivery
  • Identifies risk areas in the process and proposes actions to support risk mitigation in the department
  • Proposes and implements process enhancement to ensure proper delivery of department's targets
