We are currently looking for a Test Analyst – All Genders – Fluent in French – Lisbon

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC TEST CENTER TEAM (TCE)

The Test Center Team (TCE) provides test services to the company in Nanterre, based on a well-defined, matured and proven test strategy and methodology. 

Its main activities are tests’ design and tests’ execution.

The TCE has been involved in test projects for the main areas of the company, “Savings” and “Protection”, performing tests design and execution in most used applications such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure and GLIS.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE TEST CENTER TEAM (TCE)

Main Functions:

Contribute to the design of the Business Analyst tests within a project:

• Respect the project design and its deliverables;
• Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the standards in place;
• Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place);
• Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope;
• Contribute to the organization of the Business Analyst intelligence.

Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project:

• Give the information necessary for the Go/No Go;
• Execute the tests within his/her scope of competence;
• Input the test results in the dedicated tool;
• Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality;
• Give feedback to the Test Lead and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project.

Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project:

• Identify anomalies within his/her scope;
• Input the anomalies into the correct tool;
• Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies;
• Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;
• Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and procedures.

• Adopt the ETO Service Culture values;

• Apply the test procedures defined for the department;
• Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.

AS OUR NEW TEST ANALYST, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Degree in Informatics or related areas:
• Advanced French language Skills;
• Know-how in Savings (business and products)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Test activities or Business Analysis;
• Expertise in the applications ORION, Workflow and ARCH-E amidst others.
• Understand the project’s methodology.
• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable);
• Able to build a test schedule;
• Knowledge on Quality Center;

• Coordination and motivation skills;
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
• Summarization capabilities;
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
• Good communication and high-level of interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and proactivity
• The tester is able to schedule and organize his own working time, set priorities within his/her scope and report any issue regarding the processes and procedures.

Desirable

• 5 years of experience;
• Knowledge on Octane;
• Strive continuously for customer satisfaction;
• Aim to deliver very high quality results;
• Knowledge in SQL language;
• Knowledge in API;
• Knowledge in SAS;
• Knowledge in Control-M or other scheduler;
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;
• Good capability of managing stress and conflicts;
• Good listening and questioning ability;
• Good learning skills;
• Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload;
• Be able to adapt to changes and evolution;

Additional Requirements:

• Willing and able to work outside normal office hours under exceptional circumstances.
• Ability to travel outside of Portugal if needed.
