In this context, we are looking for a Technical Lead.
The Technical Lead is a high-level Developer, responsible for the creation of the deliverables of the different applications, delivering the increment of the different products in each of the sprints developed in the software cycle.
Your main activities are to
- Participation and involvement in Scrum ceremonies (Daily, sprint planning, sprint review...).
- Involvement in QAP (Quarter Agile Planning) where formal planning is done with the business and where the technical defense of the developments is required, as well as the commitment of the IT team.
- Estimation of the different developments (user stories) and assurance of their level of definition in the backlog.
- Development of the functionalities.
- Deployments and delivery, coordinating the activity with the different teams involved.
- Code quality. Ensures that the entire development team exceeds the security levels established by the group with the different control tools.
- Improvement of the different applications, as well as regulatory adaptations.
- Ensures that applications are kept up to date in the face of technical obsolescence of any component used.
- Implementation and supervision of non-regression tests that guarantee the quality of the code.
What we are looking for:
- You have 4 or more years of experience in international environments.
- You are engaged in day-to-day activities.
- You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.
- You have experience with AGILE methodology.
- You are a Problem-Solving and Decision-Making person, who:
- Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.
- Sees the big picture and is fully aware of technology and business directions.
- Has department, corporate and group objectives in focus while identifying and removing barriers.
