The Role
Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to three senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the Strutt and Parker Senior Management Team. This role is integral in ensuring that executives can focus on strategic initiatives while maintaining an organised and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Organise and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
• Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Project Support: Assist with special projects and research as directed by executives.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Essential experience
• Proactive approach to work and problem solving
• Able to recognise confidentiality/sensitive issues as they arise and maintain absolute tact, diplomacy and confidentiality when required
• Ability to take a flexible approach to work issues and to plan and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
• Able to effectively manage diaries and associated arrangements
• Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside the organisation both face to face and over the phone
• Excellent writing skills, to include some correspondence on behalf of the executives.
• Able to draft correspondence, reports, notes/minutes, and other documents.
• Proven work experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite and other office management software
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Qualification
• Good standard of education
• A qualification as a PA is advantageous

• In depth PA experience at senior (Board) level in a professional services environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
