Global banking IT in ISPL caters to multiple Core banking and Corporate Banking software application needs. Corporate Banking encompasses all of the financing products and services for corporate customers from transaction banking (cash management, international trade finance and liquidity management) to financing solutions.

Position Purpose
The position is for a Senior Technical Lead.
Staff will be responsible to understand the requirements, provide optimal solutions for Technical setup of Java based vendor and Regulatory Payments applications.
Provide Continuous improvement and innovative solutions for BAU support for the applications.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1. Environment management (setup, deployments, support, housekeeping) for vendor apps developed in Java based technologies
2. Upstream and downstream interface configuration and setup, along with job scheduling
3. Liaise with BA team and Vendor team and co-ordinate from requirement analysis, investigation thru deployment phase
4. Liaise with Infra teams to coordinate & setup environments (DEV/SIT/UAT/STAGING/PR/DR/Performance Test) for new application commissioning, Obsolescence and Vulnerability Remediation
5. Provide technical support during ongoings SIT/UAT phases, End of Day testing.
- Assist Production Support teams for Production deployments and setup of monitoring.
7. Provide L3 support to APS team for incidents reported.
8. Liaise with IT Security and Infra teams to implement Application Technical Security requirements for new projects and ongoing basis
9. Liaise with Architecture teams to secure approvals for Application technical architecture and underlying middleware.
10. Play project coordinator role for Technical Projects (green field implementation/upgrade/migration) and drive the project with support from Regulator/Infra/Security/Production/Testing/BA/Governance/Architecture teams.
11. Explore and implement Automation frameworks for application deployment and testing using DEVOPS
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
1. In-depth understanding of 3 tier architecture
2. Middleware: IBM WAS/Tomcat/JBOSS
3. Unix Shell scripting
4. Good understanding of message queues
5. Oracle DB, SQL
6. Monitoring tools like Dynatrace/GENEOS
7. Scheduler – Autosys, Cron
8. DEVOPS (Artifactory/CD using JENKINS)

1. Payments domain Experience is highly advantageous.
