To support the growth of the client franchise through technical expertise and structuring capabilities for Trade Finance opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Commercial performance
Achieve new client acquisition, sales budget, volume growth & relevant KPIs as defined and agreed with the TB Vietnam Head
Develop and drive commercial strategy with consultation of Coverage, GTS, TB Vietnam Head and Product Specialists
Build active pipeline of deals and revenue streams
Work with internal stakeholders to build client centric solutions and ensure timely submission of deals
Marketing performance
Manage the process of preparing and producing client proposals and pitches
Review and improve our pitching marketing material on a regular basis
Raise internal and external awareness of our franchise via internal marketing and external events
Risk and Portfolio Management
Preserve the quality of the portfolio through a periodic review of portfolio, in particular the watch-listed or deteriorating files, regular interaction with risk and corporate head
Review weekly level of the funded assets to be able to react quickly and decide whether the commercial actions need to be adjusted
Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.
Responsible for the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities

Specific Qualifications Required
Degree holder, preferably in Banking and Finance
At least 5 years of working experience in Trade Finance or Transaction/Corporate Banking
Experience in Sales role
Relevant professional certification
Able to work under pressure handling a large portfolio, good initiative, outgoing, a team player
