Sales Assistant Mid Market

Misiune: Ofera support departamentului commercial (pentru Account Manageri si Business Manageri) in zona de administrare contracte clienti, derulare campanii de marketing, pregatire de rapoarte, prezentari.

Cerintele postului:

- studii superioare finalizate, constituie avantaj domeniul economic

- experienta minim 1 an, avanataj exeperienta intr-un departament comercial

Responsabilitati:

❖ Colaboreaza cu membrii departamentului comercial pentru pregatirea de prezentari, materiale de marketing, oferte, etc.; 

❖ Indeplineste sarcini administrative legate de clientii existenti si potentiali in scopul sprijinirii activitatii Account Managerilor (AM) si Business Managerilor (BM); 

❖ Participa activ la toate intalnirile interne ale echipei comerciale; 

❖ Se documenteaza si actualizeaza informatiile despre clientii actuali si potentiali in sistemul de management al relatiei cu clientii (CRM) precum si in celelalte aplicatii disponibile; 

❖ Redacteaza documente conform modelelor interne agreate (contracte, anexe, etc.); 

❖ Actualizeaza documentele contractuale tinand cont de modificarile conditiilor comerciale si / sau legale, a schimbarilor de marketing, etc; 

❖ Intretine campanii prin email privitor la serviciile contractuale specifice domeniului (schimbarea sezonieră a anvelopelor, campanii pentru clienți, date despre șoferi etc.); 

❖ Ofera suport echipei de vanzari ori de cate ori este necesar pentru pregatirea prezentarilor clientilor, a documentelor pentru licitatii, etc.; 

❖ Ofera suport echipei comerciale in procesul de ofertare (folosind instrumentul intern de ofertare).

 o Time management si organizare

 o Orientare catre client

 o Capacitate de analiza si sinteza

 o Capacitate de lucru in echipa

 o Bune abilitati informatice privind utilizare MS Office  (Excel avansat)

 o Nivel operational de limba engleza
