Charging Services Product Manager

Are you a product manager with a commercial mindset? Are you full of ideas and able to immerse yourself in the needs and desires of the market? Is customer satisfaction essential to you? Then you are the person for whom we are looking! 

 As a product manager, you will be part of an international marketing and communications team. There will be four of you and you will be responsible for the development of existing products and services and the implementation of new ones. You are an experienced product manager with a fresh perspective on the leasing sector. As a result, you know better than anyone how to respond proactively to all future developments in the mobility solutions market.  

Role

As a charging solutions product manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of electric charging solutions. You will lead and train the sales and operations teams, and you will be responsible for promoting and extending the value proposition to the right channels and partners. You will be jointly responsible for the P&L of electric charging solutions, in collaboration with the sales and operations directors, establishing strong links between the various departments and ensuring effective governance. 

 You will improve the activities managed by the sales and operations teams for electric charging solutions and monitor their performance and target achievement. As an expert, you will be the preferred point of contact within Arval and you will support the sales teams in setting up special offers.

Your tasks

  •   As a product manager, you will lead the strategy, life cycle and roll out of electric charging solutions, their performance and community management. 
  •  You will organise steering committees and work with other Arval departments (Sales, Operations, Pricing, Remarketing, IT, Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.).
  • As the contact person for electric charging solutions, you will ensure that the specific features of electric charging solutions are taken into account in the design of other products and processes. 
  •   You will represent Arval Belgium on the committees organised by the head of the charging solutions product line at group level. You will report to the product marketing manager in Belgium, who ensures the consistency of the product lines and the performance of local activities.
  •  You will build close relationships within the EV community, with the Group and with your colleagues in other countries to share best practices and influence the overall strategy.
  •  You will share responsibility for P&L with the sales director and the operations director. You will monitor and analyse the results of electric charging solutions. You will report the electric charging solutions dashboard to senior management. You will coordinate the definition of the medium-term plan and budget for electric charging solutions, as well as quarterly forecast reviews.
  • You will draw up the roadmap, monitor the life cycle, and continuously and actively seek to improve your products, including by conducting market and competition studies and developing a go-to-market strategy. 
  • You will ensure an increased presence of electric charging solutions on all possible channels. You will launch and execute internal and external marketing activities in accordance with the marketing and sales plan. You will assess customer and driver satisfaction (Voice of Customer, NPS, Complaints) with the respective functions.
  • You will ultimately be responsible for product-related content, such as product presentations, fact sheets and web pages developed in collaboration with your colleagues in the marketing and communications team.

Your profile

 You are a product manager with a few years of professional experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing. Experience in the car leasing sector and/or experience in the electric charging sector is considered an asset. You have a higher education diploma or degree. You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of French/Dutch and you communicate fluently in English. You are able to work on a project basis and tight deadlines do not scare you.
