Performance and Productivity Lead in TA

Performance and Productivity Lead in TA

Requirements:

• 5 or more years’ experience in TA / investment funds trading Operations
• Proven experience in managing / implementing change into Operational processes ( specially RPA, AI or other digital tools )
• Very good analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business teams as well as with senior management
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies would be an advantage
• Familiarity with Multifonds, MTM, Europagode, NSCC, Neolink, Jira, and Power BI would be an advantage
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytic skills
• Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
• High energy, dynamic, results focused and a willingness to take on new challenges. 
• The ability to thrive in an innovative and agile working environment

*Short term travel to BNPP offices within Europe may be required. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead efficiency stream in TA operations, help the teams to navigate via various automation technologies available in the bank in order to boost efficiency initiatives mining and help with new solutions implementation
• Proactively analyse TA production data and processes in order to present/highlight process trends, opportunities and risks 
• Maintain/design TA productivity and efficiency reports which will create a value added to effective cost management
• Maintain/design TA productivity and efficiency dashboards and presentations in order to ensure proper communication internally and externally
• Contribute to Global TA Organization and Global BNP CIB ops initiatives through active participation in TA Global efficiency initiatives as well as transformation projects
• Support the Head of Global TA production and TA Operations in daily challenges connected to operational efficiency and cost management 
• Represent TA on the local and global forums which covers efficiency and productivity topic
• Daily cooperate with global and local TA organization IT, TA locations, supporting functions and management
