People & Property Security Specialist
The candidate will be mainly responsible for maintenance of services quality in a People & Property Security Team based in Warsaw, implementing and conducting the daily duties & projects in compliance with the methodology and the Standards of BNP Paribas Group.
Responsibilities:
- Providing continuity of the services for our customers in the event of any business interruption
- Ensuring the safety of our employees in the event of disaster and on the regular basis
- Maintaining a quick, secure and reliable return to operating conditions that are as close to normal as possible
- User access management in the Access Control System
- Raising the awareness and mobilizing all employees regarding physical security and business continuity
- Creating reports and controlling framework in People and Properties Security
- Ensuring existence and compliance of required documentation (BC Plans, BIA etc.)
- Support other teams in the field of physical security and business continuity
- Team support in scope of tasks related to physical security and business continuity
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the delivered tasks
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish & English as working language
- Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration/security/legal/management/IT or similar
- Proven experience in business continuity area
- Proven experience in physical security area
- Accuracy & excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills & client focus
- Computer literacy in MS Office (good knowledge of MS Excel/MS Access)
- Ability to work under pressure
Desirable
- Experience in Security and Safety (BHP), Fire Safety
