COO office is the nerve center of BNP Paribas Poland Branch. The COO office supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Branch in carrying out his responsibilities, ensuring that strategies, projects and daily operations are executed efficiently.

Office Assistant for Chief Operating Officer
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 minimum)
- French will be consider as an advantage
- Good communication skills, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Paying attention to details and tenacity to get things done
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
- MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point and familiarized with video conferencing tools (MS Teams)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the COO’s Executive Assistant in calendar management : schedule meetings, prioritize and reschedule commitments to ensure they are no calendar conflicts
- Provide support to the COO’s Executive Assistant in logistics management : making travel arrangements, bookings for venue, refreshments, equipments and welcoming COO’s key visitors
- Assist in servicing meetings (including providing agendas, taking accurate notes and minutes and ensuring effective follow up action) as well as producing and archiving quality documents in accordance with Branch’s governance
- Support Chief of Staff (CoS) in preparing and maintaining recurrent dashboards and reports for the COO to make informed decisions
- Ensure documents and reports high standard of accuracy and presentation
- Carry out research and other project related activities led by the CoS
