Junior Business Analyst

Requirements:

Up to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role
Proficiency in Polish (C2 level)
English at B2 level or higher
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a closely related field
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Octane, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong technical foundation in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis
Results driven mindset with a strong ability to synthesize and simplify complex information
Commitment to facilitating change and guiding stakeholders through transformation

Responsibilities:

Analyse existing business processes and IT systems, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements
Gather, clarify, and translate detailed requirements between business stakeholders and technical teams
Draft concise documentation of current and future state processes, requirements, and solution designs
Participate actively in testing cycles, validating that new systems and processes meet defined business criteria
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and support change adoption
