Junior Business Analyst

You’ll help dissect current processes, translate requirements, and pinpoint improvement opportunities that boost efficiency and productivity. Junior Business Analyst 

Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role
  • Proficiency in Polish (C2 level)
  • English at B2 level or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Octane, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong technical foundation in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Results driven mindset with a strong ability to synthesize and simplify complex information
  • Commitment to facilitating change and guiding stakeholders through transformation

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyse existing business processes and IT systems, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements
  • Gather, clarify, and translate detailed requirements between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Draft concise documentation of current and future state processes, requirements, and solution designs
  • Participate actively in testing cycles, validating that new systems and processes meet defined business criteria
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and support change adoption
