About Businessline/Function :
Hobart is a service ticket management tool, which is built in-house to cater the diversified nature of handling user requests. It will help L1 support team to handle user requests and assign the tickets to respective teams for closure. The support team can track the ticket status and respond back to end users. There are provisions to automatically create tickets based on email, generate dashboard of tickets with various states and generate KPIs.

Position Purpose
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.
The associate will be working in one of the strategic projects of BNP Paribas and will help in developing applications to be used by Corporate Clients. The candidate is expected to work along with BA, Testers & APS/RM Team. The candidate will be working on user story assigned and deliver it on or before the due date. The candidate should possess good technical knowledge to improve the application performance by query optimization and good debugging knowledge.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
· Deliver the user stories assigned on time with no or minimal defect.
· Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
· Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
· Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
· Participate in all Agile Ceremonies.
· Review code and provide constructive feedback to peer to ensure high-quality code.
· Review Sonar reports and create JIRA for the vulnerability reported and work on fix.
· Perform validation and verification testing.
· Should have good analysis skill to use monitor tools like Dynatrace.
· Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies.

· Keep in touch of new technology trends and innovations in the field of software development.
· Conduct workshop with teams (PERF/APS/RM/TESTING) to improve the process/solution.
· Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of software engineers.

· Analyse the Product incidents on weekly basis and support in identifying root cause.
