As an IT Engineer/ Technical Integrator, you will be responsible for studying the optimal technical solution, integrating it into the HR IS and industrializing its operation while ensuring the proper functioning of the HR Group products within ITG for the HR business,
He/she is in charge of resolving incidents and problems within his/her perimeter. He/she assesses the risks, ensures the viability, operability and sustainability of the solution. To carry out his/her missions, he/she collaborates with all skills, all specialties combined (architects, engineers, project managers, support functions, etc.). He/she is the referent with suppliers to deal with the technical aspects.

- Security, and Middleware Products·
- Development: Shell scripts, Java, Angular·
- Deployment and usage of Code tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, NexusIQ, Sonar, Fortify
The Computer Engineer carries out all or part of the following activities:
- Integrate the technical solution
- Helping to define the optimal technical solution
- Implement and qualify the technical solution·
- Define and implement the solution's monitoring indicators
- Ensure that the technical solution and its implementation are in line with the detailed study written·
- Have the customer validate that the solution meets the expressed needs·
- Industrialize the technical solution ·
- Develop the necessary technical procedures
- Write and validate the operational documentation necessary for its operation (installation, administration, management, support, etc.) ·
Manage the solution lifecycle:
- Intervene as an internal last-level support in the incident process·
- Identify, diagnose, address and document problems, in accordance with current processes·
- Develop some fix to ensure the maintenance of the solution if needed
- Contact the publisher as soon as necessary·
- Propose continuous improvement actions, based on previously defined monitoring indicators·
- Ensure that the solution is always operational and optimal (capacity, scalability, performance, obsolescence, etc.)
- Respect and enforce the norms and standards in force, engineering rules, architectural rules, safety standards
- Maintain application documentation.
Report and alert the application manager on his application perimeter:
- Report and alert on continuity of service, deadlines
Propose optimizations and efficiency gains:
- Analyze incidents and propose preventive action plans for improvement
- Propose and have carried out/carry out, if necessary, actions to simplify its applications, task automation
- Contribute to the establishment of roadmaps on your application perimeter
