Position Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic leader with 12+ years of experience to head our Camunda BPM Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in running and leading a shared service center and/or possess a product mindset. The CoE is an inception phase, and the person will be responsible to build the team, engage with stakeholders, encourage adoption of the platform, setup the SLAs and performance metrics.
Direct Responsibilities
- Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 25 members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Platform Adoption: Encourage and drive the adoption of the Camunda BPM platform across the organization.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Establish and manage SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and delivery.
- Monitor organization and setup the right target operating mode.
- Manage budgets, succession planning, upskilling, career progression, appraisal and compensation.
- Ensure risks around technology, regulation, data-security, technology are identified and mitigated.
- Own and execute Governance and Steering Committee meetings.
- Propose strategic evolution of CoE.

About Business line/Function:
CIB Client Engagement and Protection IT (CEP IT) has focus on applications servicing Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC , Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, Transaction monitoring, Reconciliation, Data Platforms, and Anti-Money Laundering. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, PowerBI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms.
