Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?
In a context, we are looking for a Developer responsible for the development, configuration, integration and operational support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within an international environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for IAM incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, MFA, token, directory, and integration issues.
- Design and configure PingFederate authentication and onboarding flows.
- Work with PingOne MFA, implementing and troubleshooting authentication methods such as FIDO2, OTP/TOTP, Push and SMS.
- Configure and troubleshoot PingDirectory and PingFederate integrations.
- HTML basic undertanding.
- Implement and support OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, PKCE, JWT, JWKS and token introspection/revocation.
- Manage identity provisioning and deprovisioning and identity data flows.
- Analyze logs, traces, and API requests/responses to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure and vendor teams across multiple European markets.
- Create technical documentation and participate in Agile methodologies and incident/change management.
IT Tools
- PingFederate, PingOne, PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy.
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE, JWT, JWKS.
- MFA: FIDO2, Push, OTP/TOTP, SMS.
- Identity Lifecycle, Provisioning & Deprovisioning.
- LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Git/GitLab, Docker, Ansible, Bruno.
Profile:
- Hands-on experience in IAM / Ping Identity technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with L1/L2 operational experience.
- Experience across development, project implementation, and production support activities.
- Fluent professional English and experience working with international teams.

- Knowledge of banking and banking processes will be an asset.
