We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist - Internship IEFP (+Talento) - 6 Months - All Genders based in Lisbon
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM
- Become familiar with and collaborate in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
- Understand and follow the daily tasks associated with the administrative management of human resources in order to gain cross-functional exposure to various areas of expertise
- Understand the concept of managing employee requests through close contact with the various inquires directed to the HR Department, thereby developing technical knowledge related to the management of different topics and becoming familiar with digital request management platforms, enhancing digital proficiency
- Understand the entire cycle of legal documentation required for human resources management: comprehend the concept of employment contracts, amendments, payslips, employer declarations and other applicable documents
- Become familiar with digital support platforms related to hr management, namely: understand the concept od databases and information update practices
- Understand the importance of managing personal data in compliance with GDPR
- Understand the cycle associated with payroll support tasks by actively participating in all phases in line with the development of competencies
AS OUR NEW HUMAN RESOURCES GERNERALIST INTERN YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Economics (or related....)
- Be fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2), English (B2)
- Be unemployed and registered in IEFP
- Be betweeen 18 and 35 years old, except in the case of "estágio de inserção", for which there is no age limit
- Never have participated in an IEFP internship
- If the candidate has already completed an IEFP internship, it must not have been at the same level of the National Qualifications Framework (EG: 1st internship level 5, 2nd internship level 6)
- Must not have had any employment relationship, service provision or internship with the host organization or any entities within the same group in the 24 months prior to the application
