HR Tool Specialist

HR Tool Specialist

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in performing human resource information systems (HRIS) support for HRIS applications that manage functions such as Human Resources
    • Previous experience in an asset manager would be appreciated

    • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing HRIS data and configurations.
    • Good communication (ability to convey and present information) and teamwork skills (be inclusive, demonstrates strong relationship-building skills)
    • Proficiency in Excel and managing data will be an additional advantage 
    • English speaking is mandatory
    • French speaking would be an additional advantage
    • Easiness in communicating with different stakeholders
    • Proactive, drives change, positive, client and solutions-oriented
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task
    • Autonomous (but communicate actively and effectively within the team)

Responsibilities

    • Ensure the project management and the support for all HR tools deployed worldwide either for HR teams or employees in order to guarantee the quality of the data used for the production of HR reportings
    • Participates in HRIS business requirements analysis, system testing and change management of system implementations and enhancements. 
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
    • Execute tests and validate IT deliveries
    • Training HR team users on the new functionalities of HRIS systems
    • Maintain HRIS procedure records and user manuals.
