HR Systems and Data Analysis Assistant Manager / Manager

We are looking for team members who are open to development and have high team motivation for our HR Systems and Data Analysis team at our bank.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Managing the basic HR System and performing parameter definitions,
  • Managing IT requests of the HR Group,
  • Coordinating the planning of the necessary or future system developments that the HR Group needs with the Information Technologies Group,
  • HR Data Analytics and Reporting studies,
  • HR Data Quality and Management studies,

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields,
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Analytical disciplines, especially in IT Sectors or Human Resources System teams,
  • Proficient in Agile software project methodologies,
  • Knowledge of Business Object, Qlik Sense, and SQL Script,
  • Preferably knowledge of UIPATH
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point (especially advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts),
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English,
