Mission:
You will divide your focus equally between two critical areas:
- HR Generalist (50%) As a central point of contact for our employees and managers, you will support the entire employee journey. Your responsibilities include:
- Talent & Integration: Partnering with managers in recruitment and managing seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Development: Administrating Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to foster professional growth.
- HR Support: Providing guidance to employees and acting as a Super User for our internal HR systems.
- Culture & Policy: Supporting the implementation of HR policies and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
- CSR Specialist (50%) You will lead the charge in ensuring Arval Sweden contributes positively to society and the environment:
- Green Initiatives: Designing projects to reduce our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable office practices.
- Community Engagement: Building partnerships with NGOs and coordinating volunteering programs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring we meet environmental standards and tracking sustainability KPIs for group-level reporting.
- Awareness: Creating communication campaigns and organizing sustainable company events for Arval and BNP Paribas.
Experience and qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role and 1–2 years of background/experience in CSR or sustainability.
- Languages: Fluency in Swedish and operational proficiency in English.
