HR Data Administration Specialist

 Our company is specialized in car fleet management – long term leasing. As a global employer we care of career development of employees. Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas group, established in spring 2024, aimed at developing business competences and services. Currently, ACCW employs over 80 people who every day in various languages help Arval Group entities in efficient service of Customers and Partners.

Your main duties:
 
 - Ensure all relevant data is accurately captured and updated in selected Arval/BNPP HR systems used for recording employee lifecycle events 

- Perform regular data audits and validations to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors 

- Serve as a key point of contact for HR systems-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt and efficient resolution to Country HR Managers 

- Assist local HR departments with system navigation, self-service tools, and troubleshooting HR system-related problems

- Generate standard HR reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements 

- Collaborate with Regional HR Managers to understand reporting needs and develop customized reports and dashboards 

- Compile data to produce regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover and recruitment, challenge and analyze the results 

- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data availability 

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies while handling sensitive data
 

Our requirements:

  • University degree in HR management or other science faculties
  • Minimum one year of working experience on a similar position in an international environment, work experience in a HR Shared Service Center is a plus
  • English language fluency (verbal and written)
  • MS Office (Excel) advanced knowledge
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to work in team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in HR transactions and data management
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of HR metrics, data privacy regulations and HR best practices
