Become our new
HR Business Partner
based in
Lisbon or Porto
Be part of our dynamic Human Resources Team, where you will focus on supporting all HR areas in a context of strong development in our 2 centers located in Lisbon and Porto. You will have to follow the Human Resources policies, processes, and services within the framework of the company’s objectives.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HR TEAM
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Take responsibility for employees’ career development and coach the business/function to optimize their Human Resources.
- Strategic Partner anticipating and preparing for the future, adapting role profiles to future changes in skills and experience; partnering with key stakeholders and their teams and focusing on high value-added tasks.
- Provide HR support to Management ensuring constant update on HR Guidelines, Policies and Procedures.
- Be involved in Talent Development initiatives closely performing regular assessments according to the strategy in force.
- Advise in workforce planning managing internal mobility, long leaves and other related movements.
- Drive the performance management model supporting stakeholder’s trough all stages of the process.
- HR Tools: contribute to the development, operation and permanent update.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Produce reports and relevant HR analytics elaborating useful HR insights.
- Be a force of proposal for HR automation.
- Be involved in cross projects according to the department and organizational strategy.
- Manage and resolve employee relation closely ensuring guidance and support to all stakeholders involved ensuring ownership off all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform).
- Act as a point of entry in HR for employees and manage queries across the full spectrum of HR activities ensuring the collection of all relevant information for posterior liaison with concerned HR areas and fostering employee´s answers.
- Support and Guidance throughout onboarding and off boarding process.
- Ensure the good process of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform).
READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant area.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist in a complex and fast-paced environment with a minimum of 3 years as HR Business Partner.
- Partner in international and growing companies.
- Proven operational and strategic HR experience in a Shared Services Context will be a plus.
- Good understanding of labor law.
- Fluent in English, fluency in French would be very advantageous.
