Global Transfer Agency Data Analyst

Global Transfer Agency Data Analyst

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or transfer agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Project Management certificate or equivalent experience is an asset
  • Transfer agency (TA) knowledge is preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adjust to changing requirements
  • Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and demonstrate ethics and integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Produce analytics and Management Information Systems (MIS) related to headcount, productivity, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), unit costs, financials, and incidents.
  • Present analytics and MIS to executive-level stakeholders and communicate key findings and insights.
  • Track efficiency initiatives and associated benefits, providing input into strategic roadmaps and reporting.
  • Own and maintain core MIS data sets for industrialization, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Engage with Business Managers, Global Process Owners, and other stakeholders to support TA community management.
  • Support financial management for TA, including unit costing, cost center re-charging, headcount reconciliation, and planning.
  • Develop and maintain global reporting methodologies across key performance metrics, such as headcount, volumes, productivity, and KPIs.
  • Monitor the evolution of unit costs across all teams, ensuring productivity improvements.
  • Maintain incident reporting, including trend and key risk indicators.
  • Monitor and report on performance targets, highlighting inadequacies and areas for improvement.
  • Provide global TA activity reporting, focusing on capacity monitoring, unit costs, global KPIs, client satisfaction, incidents, and senior management reporting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for interacting with IFSO Business Support information, analysis, and reporting requests, and participate in IFSO Transversal initiatives.
