Fund Dealing Services Oversight Expert

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in banking operations, securities and fund services
  • Fluency in English (min. B2/C1 level) 
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
  • Strong capacity to analyse complex situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Advanced analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated talent for transferring knowledge to teammates and external partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange the governance structure for cooperation between the BNP outsourcing party and a service provider, internal or external.
  • Create and analyse regular performance reports to monitor service quality, spot improvement opportunities, and push continuous optimisation.
  • Track incidents caused by or affecting the off-shorer/out-sourcer, enforce strong preventive actions, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Contribute to the content of SLA, its clauses, requirements, scope of servcies to ensure the agreement aligns wih business needs and establishes clear expectations for service delivery
  • Leverage deep knowledge of supervised processes, coach both internal teams and provider staff, and build a capable, self‑sufficient workforce.
  • Oversee client‑derived escalations, ensure swift provider response, and see issues through to successful resolution to maintain client trust.
