Become our new Full Stack Developer / Data Engineer (Python) based in Porto
YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design and develop internal web applications and business solutions using Python frameworks such as Dash Plotly and Flask,
- Gather and analyse stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions,
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and automated data pipelines, ensuring data quality, validation and performance,
- Design and manage databases: Develop SQL queries, views and database structures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance,
- Developing Full Stack solutions: Develop backend services and APIs using Python, integrating frontend applications with databases and enterprise systems, and support deployment and maintenance,
- Support development, testing and production environments, including deployment, monitoring, scheduled jobs and automation workflows,
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation and ensure alignment with development standards and best practices.
READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields,
- 4+ years of professional experience in Python application development, Full stack development and/or Data Engineering,
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, API's and backend development,
- Experience with ETL processes, data transformation, validation and pipeline development,
- Knowledge of relational databases, advanced SQL, data modelling, views and stored procedures,
- Experience with Django, Flask or Dash is a plus,
- Knowledge of deployment processes, environment management and workflow automation,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively,
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent in English. Fluency in French would be an additional advantage.
