ABOUT THE JOB
As a Project Manager you will lead the onboarding of end‑users for the OFS platform, ensuring accounting controls are implemented and certified across the EMEA region.
The main objective of TRUST (TRaining, USer´s onboarding & Tom) team is to support the onboarding of end-users within OFS (BNPP Ledger) roll out programs concerning Accounting Controls Implementation and Certification.
In addition to the Roll-Outs of OFS in all BNPP Group Divisions (CIB, CPBS, IPS), we lead Accounting Control´s Reinforcement programs as well as we contribute to the Standarization of Accounting Control tools and Processes.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Define the OFS structure (SDB) for each entity after a COM/TOM analysis.
- Set up and maintain OFS jurisdiction and tool access consistency.
- Coordinate with FIP, Migration and Orchestra teams to deploy accounting‑control tools.
- Design and deliver OFS trainings, mainly for non‑Finance audiences.
- Support FIP teams on evolutions or new interfaces related to OFS setup and jurisdiction.
