Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Performance Engineering/Tooling Architecture/Devops Leader for Transversal Assets (potentially for ITTF scope of work) in all regions. , coordinate wit testing using best industry tools or other open-source performance testing tools. Expertise in architecting and governing enterprise tooling ecosystems- Performance Center (LRE), Octane supports large users across delivery centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting performance tests to identify bottlenecks, assess system responsiveness, and ensure application stability under varying load conditions. Tools high-availability and related best practices, licensing models, and act as centralized Tool Support Teams that streamline onboarding, administration, and governance. Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed functional understanding of the key business systems and future developments.
- Lead a global Performance Engineering team aligned with Transversal asset business KPIs, SLOs.
- Prepare Performance test strategy and execution plans based on project requirements for all Transversal asset scope, across region[AV1] , Coordinate with BA and project manager for the same
- Point of contact for various tools support required like Octane and MF connect
- Gather and validate Test management tool requirement across applications in Transversal Asset and coordinate with tool support team in Paris and ISPL.
- Make sure all best practices are followed for test management tools
- Design and oversee automated build and deployment processes.
- Create plans for DevOps initiatives and assess new technologies
- Identify and report defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and performance testing.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Testing Tools: Octane, MF connect, Loadrunner, JMeter, Postman, or other open-source testing tools.
- Test Management: Experience with test case development and defect tracking tools.
- Version Control Systems: Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools.
- Web Technologies: Understanding of web applications, HTTP protocols, APIs, and system architecture.

- Senior with proven 12 + experience in test tools management and performance testing
- B.E./ B.Tech. or M.C.A from a reputed University
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings clearly.
