Tasks & Responsibilities: What to expect
- You will have the overall responsibility for the departments Controlling, Pricing, and Asset Valuation and act as a sparring partner for all managers and team leaders in the Finance department.
- Your focus will be on the analysis of business development and the permanent monitoring of the economic development of our industry.
- The coordination of budget and forecasting processes will also be part of your role.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for funding and its ongoing monitoring.
- You act as a link between controlling and accounting.
- You will be in close contact with the management and the finance managers of the region and the group.
- By empowering and individual coaching of your employees, you ensure the achievement of the company's goals as well as individual goals.
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you bring to the table
- You have a degree in business administration or comparable with above-average performance
- You have gained several years of relevant experience in (international) controlling and accounting and may have supplemented it with qualified further training in international accounting
- You have very good analytical skills and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Ability to communicate complex issues to all stakeholders and peers
- Excellent leadership skills in order to build a strong relationship with the team.
- Ideally, you have very good Excel and SAS skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills combined with excellent presentation skills
