People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts.
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving data quality within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing data quality control processes, identifying anomalies, proposing solutions to ensure data integrity and reliability and building HR activity monitoring dashboards.
Your Main Activities Are
- Understanding the data quality needs expressed by various HR teams and the Data Analysts of the team;
- Developing and implementing data quality strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability;
- Conducting regular data audits to identify errors and inconsistencies;
- Documenting data quality processes and training teams on best practices;
- Clearly and concisely communicating data quality analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Developing and updating monitoring or activity management dashboards (Power BI and Tableau).
Profile and Skills to Success
With a scientific background, you have significant experience as a data analyst, management controller, auditor, or consultant in a data quality-oriented position;
You hold excellent ability to analyze and interpret complex data;
You are a good communicator and can clearly and intelligibly convey your analyses and results to various stakeholders;
You have solid experience in data visualization and data preparation;
Finally, we place particular importance on our future collaborators acting with responsibility and professional ethics daily.
YOUR TEAM / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is to be filled within the People Analytics team at Group HR;
You will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in an agile mode (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Owner) and will be in contact with other HR department collaborators.
