Data Administration domain is part of Investment and Fund Services business line. Domain performs main processes like Asset Creation , Pricing and IRP Data Management. The Specialist in the data management team is responsible for internal and external clients data, ensuring SLA driven reporting of post NAV fund calculations and handling discrepancy investigations to uphold data management quality. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of asset data, which supports various business functions and client requirements.
Data Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Performing Data Management activities for internal and external clients
- Provides data for post Net asset value fund calculation to maintain Data Management service flow
- Supports investigations of all discrepancies to maintain Data Management process quality
- Performs Data Management activities(such as 4 eye controls, reporting, discrepancy, query analyses and ad-hoc)
- Maintains operational procedures to mitigate operational risk.
- Suggests process improvements to deliver efficiency and/or actions oriented on risk mitigation
- Conducts trainings within the team and coordinates onboarding of new joiners to ensure knowledge retention
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in financial area
- Great command of English(min. C1 level)
- Interest in banking operations
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
