People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data quality analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts.
Your Main Activities Are
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable data pipelines to industrialize HR analyses and models, following the agile methodology in a Data platform that meets the long-term needs of the function. You will work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and the IT team to understand data, security, and access needs by defining and applying standards that ensure data fluidity and trust in the produced analyses.
In this context, you will ensure compliance with Data and Analytics governance principles, as well as standards in terms of architecture, management, quality, integrity, and data protection. You will contribute to industrialization by setting up the validation process and paying particular attention to delivering robust, ethical, and trustworthy products. You will also maintain a continuous improvement dynamic.
Aditionally, you will continue to improve your expertise and contribute to the development of the Analytics transformation of the HR department. Finally, you will also clearly communicate actionable recommendations orally and in writing through reliable and quality deliverables.
YOUR TEAM / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is to be filled within the People Analytics team at Group HR;
You will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in an agile mode with all the AI&Analytics experts (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, AI Business Analyst, Data project manager, Data Scientist, Data quality analyst, Product Owner…), and will be in contact with other HR department collaborators.

Profile and Skills to Success
- With a scientific background and solid experience in IT development, you have carried out and brought into production Data Engineering projects that satisfied your clients/business units. You are motivated by transformation challenges and comfortable with the Agile methodology;
- Pedagogical, you know how to communicate clearly and intelligibly, both in writing and orally, to different stakeholders by adapting to the technical levels expected by your interlocutors. You are assertive and eager to share your experiences and know-how;
- You have good experience with data processing technologies (Dataiku), relational and non-relational databases (ORACLE), and programming languages (Python), and you are passionate about data;
- Finally, we attach particular importance to our future collaborators acting with responsibility and professional ethics on a daily basis.
