Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar a equipe de atendimento ao cliente interna e centrais de atendimento, garantindo que todos sigam os padrões de qualidade e busquem a satisfação do cliente;
  • Participar ativamente da implantação de novos canais de atendimento ao Cliente;    
  • Planejar e implementar estratégias para melhorar a experiência do cliente e aumentar a fidelidade;
  • Acompanhar a satisfação dos clientes por meio de pesquisas, avaliações e indicadores, identificando pontos de melhoria;
  • Capacitar a equipe para que o atendimento ao cliente seja sempre de alta qualidade, buscando soluções rápidas e eficientes para problemas;
  • Garantir que as interações com os clientes sejam eficientes, acompanhando e avaliando todos os pontos de contato da empresa com o consumidor.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Sólida experiência em áreas de atendimento e experiência ao cliente;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) e outros;
  • Pacote Office.
