The position at a glance

We are looking for a Content Creation Manager to craft compelling multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and thought leadership pieces, that bring our brand to life.

In detail

As our Content Creation Manager, you will:

  • Develop Engaging Content – Create high-impact written, visual, and video content to enhance brand storytelling across digital channels both internally and externally.
  • Master the Video Production Process – Oversee end-to-end video creation, including filming, lighting, sound design, and post-production editing.
  • Design Visual Assets – Produce eye-catching graphics, infographics, and animations to support corporate messaging and digital campaigns.
  • Write Thought Leadership Content – Craft compelling articles, social media posts, and executive communications that enhance BNP Paribas Canada’s voice.
  • Enhance Social Media Presence – Create and optimize content tailored for LinkedIn and other digital platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with HR, and leadership teams to align content with business objectives and employer branding efforts.
  • Optimize Content Using Analytics – Leverage data insights to refine content strategy and maximize audience engagement.
  • Support DE&I and Employer Branding Initiatives – Develop content that highlights BNP Paribas Canada’s culture, values, and commitment to diversity.

Work conditions: This position provides for standard working conditions in an office and a normal work schedule from Monday to Friday. This position requires little travel.

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

  • Experience – 5+ years in content creation, multimedia production, or digital storytelling.
  • Video Production Expertise – Strong knowledge of filming, lighting, audio recording, and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut or similar tools – excluding Capcut or similar tools).
  • Visual Design Skills – Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. – excluding Canva and similar tools).
  • Exceptional Writing & Storytelling – Ability to craft engaging narratives for diverse digital audiences.
  • Social Media Fluency – Experience creating platform-specific content for LinkedIn and corporate digital channels.
  • Creativity & Innovation – Passion for producing fresh, engaging, and visually compelling content.
  • Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of French and English is required.
