We are searching for:

Chief Operating Officer Nordic Cluster - COO

The COO Nordic Cluster main responsibility is to supervise and manage on Nordic level Operations, Collection and Recovery and Underwriting teams. The COO reports to CEO of the Nordic cluster.  The positions will be based in Oslo.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated and competent teams withing Operations, Collection and Underwriting.
• Within the scope of responsibility develop the organization, procedures and IT systems to increase, automatization and efficiency while still maintaining the good quality.  
• Responsible for the topics of GDPR and Procurement. 
• Manage operational risks.  

 Main activities:

• Is a permanent member of local ExCo and ensures cross functional communication is fully effective.
• Develops and implements operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, quality of execution and profitability within the areas of responsibility. Close follow up off external providers within the Collection and Recovery area. 
• Ensures targets and SLA’s are met.
• Defines optimal organizations to perform duties in line with Corporate Target Operating Models and constructs operational roadmaps and deliverables based on documented pain points, data analysis and Target Operating Model objectives.
• Monitors performance / ensures measurement of performance is conducted, analyzed and object of implemented improvement action plans with all stakeholders.

• Establish, implement and improve the relevant procedures and controls within the area of scope

 We are looking for someone with:

• Master degree in business or finance 
• Senior Management experience in both operational and project management environments.
• Experience in linking business requirements and IT developments.
• Confirmed experiences (around 5 years) in a similar functions, knowledge of Leasing Industry is an advantage 
• Bilingual skills – English and one of the Scandinavian languages
