We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. The CISO will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity program, manage IT risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Governance: Define and promote the entity's cybersecurity governance, including cyber fraud, according to BNPP group framework.
- IT Risk Management: Emphasize IT risk management and ensure the security of IT production.
- IT Teams and Cybersecurity Projects: Work closely with other CET teams to conduct entity-wide cybersecurity projects and provide expertise.
- Cyber Crisis Management: Assist and manage cyber crises to minimize impact on the organization.
- Reporting: Report on the entity's cybersecurity and IT risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Being part of the Cyber Security and IT Risk BNPP Group community and communicate the vision to the organization.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Leadership and multi-tasking: Provide strong leadership and manage multiple missions simultaneously.
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making: Involve in strategic planning and make informed decisions to support the organization's goals.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management and Cyber Security
- Previous experience in a leadership position
- Proficient level of English, French would be a plus
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
- Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve tactical and strategic goals
- Ability to influence and take decisions
- Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
