Client Account Management Agent (M/F)
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
BNP Paribas Luxembourg Transfer Agency (“TA”) enable fund’s distribution through the connectivity to large distribution platforms while maintaining its standard record-keeping responsibilities and staying compliant with regulations changes.
In today's challenging marketplace, our TA support the asset managers with flexible solutions delivering a seamless and digitized investor experience fully adapted to market volatility and product evolutions.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
As TA Account Management Agent you will be the lead point of contact for all TA clients;
ensuring that the service provided is satisfying by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of continuous improvement of client’s relationship and satisfaction:
- Taking ownership and leading on each client’s needs/requests brought to your attention
- Preparing and taking part in clients’ meetings and internal meetings
- Ensuring high level of quality relationship internally and with clients
- Participating actively to the improvement of the service delivery
- Escalating matters in a timely manner to Management Actively leading the TA aspects for any client projects

Your working environment
- Position located in Luxembourg
- You will join a team of enthusiasts’ client’s experts with a positive solution oriented mindset and a deep team spirit
- You will interact with your Team Manager but also with the Transfer Agency Client Facing Group Manager, with Client Development, Product, Custody, Fund Accounting, IT and any other business line potentially involved in your day-to-day activity
- Your position is eligible for teleworking (in line with your country of residence options) and remote site (twice par week)
- You will benefit of a dedicated Training plan and a large list of official training courses available on BNP Paribas internal web site

Professional experience and/or degree
You are a professional of the financial sector with minimum 5 years in the field.
