CDD - Audit & Funds Financial Reporting Team – AFFR (M/F)

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

Audit & Funds Financial Reporting Team act as an oversight team to maintain, organise and coordination the production of financial statement for BeNeLux, France and Ireland on a timely manner with a high quality level

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

·         Coordination of the financial report production : annual, semi-annual and specific reports (France - Monaco / Luxembourg, Ireland and assist for Belgium and Netherland), as well as specific versions of annual reports, and ensure the 2nd level of controls with the aim to communicate the financial reports of funds domiciled in Luxembourg to CSSF and France to AMF or other regulatory authorities. 

·         Filing to the Authorities of the financial report (and others legal reporting : IML, AIFMD,…)

·         Manage the relationships with Auditors for all BNP Paribas Asset Management Funds.

·         Build, maintain and control the relationship with auditors (programme activity, budget control, schedule of intervention, points of escalation, new mission).

·         Participate to the meeting during the audit closures and report to the Management Companies the different issues mentioned. 

·         Ensure the resolution of issue reported by the Auditor to various functions concerned and monitor timely delivery.

·         Monitor the business evolution in order to organise new missions with Auditors.

·         Supervise regulatory changes in order to analyse the impact on the operational management of the audit. 

·         Propose improvements in order to upgrade the process of management of current audits. 

·         Organise and participate to Steer Co /service review with management in order to represent the evolution in management relationship, point of improvement as well as detected difficulties.

·         Know the team members transversal mission in order to follow BAU activities and to be back-up of activities.

·         Participate to the team member training in order to develop versatility.

·         The candidate will join an experimented team of 5 specialist in audit and Fund reporting. Team spirit is very important

·         Interactions outside the team (with other Business/Functions in BNP Group, auditors or other service providers)

·         Manager will be your contact person

Professional experience and/or degree

You have a successful experience of at least 3 years in similar position:

·         Experience in operational environment and knowledge of portfolio management

·         Experience in organisation of Asset Management would be considered as an advantage

·         Experience in Audit activities can be considered as an advantage

·         Experience in Control Environment

·         Multi-years successful experience in an Operational, Project or Relationship Management department within Asset Management or Asset Servicing

  • Coordination role between many different stakeholders 

Language skills

·         Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

·         International orientation.
