The junior transversal capital analyst is contributing to the duties part of the adhesion with Finance role under supervision of the senior transversal capital analyst based in Paris. Scope under management is almost the Group one for both standard and advanced approaches.

Additionnally, the analyst contributes to the analysis of the Capital figures dynamic and the reporting to Businesses, Group Finance and senior management

The role is ideal for collaborative individuals with project management skills, financial risk interest and attention to detail. The role gives you a holisitic experience of being a risk management professional with capacity to develop technical skills related to financial market environment.

Your Main Activities Are

  •  Production: 
  1. Monitoring, production and potential data quality remediation of the SRB reporting for data related to derivatives (control of the deal level quality, adequation of the market and CCR RWAs, monitoring and control of collateral data).
  2.  Run the regular RISK/Finance reconciliation exercises and explain/report the breaches to ensure capacity to improve RISK effective coverage
  3. Contribute to the reporting exercise (enhanced COREP, Pilar3…)
  • Project: 
  1.  Contribution to the Regulatory and Financial Reporting enhancements, related projects and insertion in the production chain.
  2. Contribution to the Capital post-production in full adhesion with Finance.
  • Contribute to the production of other relevant / on demand reports to the Board and to Group, Businesses and RISK Management, as well as requests from ratings agencies, regulators and auditors. 
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Capital framework (industrialisation, calculation frequency increase, CORE IT improvements/fixes, analysis and explain framework).
  • Ensure operational procedure, methodological document and control plans are maintained up to date under the applicable governance.

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Postgraduate in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Similar
  • Risk and Controls ([0 - 2] years)
  • Data Analytics ([0 - 2] years)
  • It Languages Python (Beginner)
  • English (Fluent)
