Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?
In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Business Analyst.
As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Participate in client meetings to clarify the scope and the functional proposal and gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders.
- Generation of Functional/Technical analysis from customers’ requirement´s definitions on User Stories on the Sprint Backlog.
- Model processes and workflows using tools such as UML and BPMN.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are correctly translated into practical solutions.
- Support the team of development/testing to implement and test the solution agreed with client
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the validation of implemented developments.
- Create detailed documentation and user manuals for the designed processes.
- Knowledge of modeling tools.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS teams, Confluence, Octane).
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or technical field.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry operations, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
